Opus Living was born from a simple observation: that the same discipline, integrity, and long-term thinking which builds enduring businesses can — and should — build enduring homes.
Our roots trace back to Mumbai's Zaveri Bazaar, where our founding family has been a trusted name in bullion trading since 1980 through Raksha Bullion. That business was never just about transactions; it was about relationships that lasted decades, built on trust that could not be shortcut.
Over the years, that same eye for identifying long-term value — first sharpened in finance and precious metals — turned toward Mumbai's real estate landscape, where a diverse portfolio of land and property investments was quietly built over time.

Founder & Managing DirectorMr. Dinesh Babulal Sanghavi has been an integral part of Raksha Bullion since its inception in 1980, playing a key role in establishing the company as one of India's leading bullion trading firms. Operating from Mumbai’s historic Zaveri Bazaar, Raksha Bullion is a Director Member of the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) and specializes in gold and silver products.
With decades of experience in business, finance, and relationship management, Mr. Sanghavi has built a reputation for absolute integrity, strategic vision, and long-term value creation. His sharp eye for identifying high-potential real estate opportunities has allowed him to build a diverse, robust portfolio of land and property holdings across Mumbai over the years.
Having been a successful investor in the real estate sector for decades, Mr. Sanghavi recently took on a more active operational role in the business through Opus Living. His expertise spans sales strategy, corporate governance, and client relationship management.
